These goals were brought before the Board of Directors for discussion and approval at our Annual Meeting in October 2005. The list is not prioritized

Appointment of volunteer to develop, operate, and monitor Threefold Cord Mentoring program.
Recruit volunteers and establish various Committees, such as Mentoring, Fundraising, Newsletter, Outreach, and Retreat, with Committee Chairs required to attend and report at Board Meetings.
Increase circulation of The Open Door newsletter.
Solicit a larger base of regular donors to ministry causes; fundraising.
Work towards establishing and providing Open Door weekend retreat team to do Protestant 2-day jail retreats; begin in Stearns County.
Work towards building a Bible Study/Workshop team for Stearns County jail.
